Meg is a licensed Acupuncturist, Traditional Chinese Medicine Practitioner, and Osteopathic Manual Practitioner who takes a thoughtful, whole-body approach to care. With extensive training in acupuncture, Chinese herbal medicine, cupping, Gua Sha, and osteopathic manual therapy, Meg blends the wisdom of Eastern medicine with the structural precision of classical osteopathy to support the body’s innate ability to heal and self-regulate.

Her journey into healthcare began after experiencing the profound benefits of acupuncture for sports-related injuries. This led her to pursue Traditional Chinese Medicine at Eight Branches Academy of Eastern Medicine in Toronto, where she earned diplomas in both Acupuncture and TCM. Her desire to further support the body’s natural healing mechanisms then brought her to the Canadian Academy of Osteopathy—a rigorous four-year program rooted in classical osteopathic principles, anatomy, and hands-on clinical training. She graduated as an Osteopathic Manual Practitioner in 2025.

Meg’s clinical focus includes treating pain, stress, sleep disturbances, digestive issues, respiratory conditions, and women’s health concerns. She is passionate about addressing the root causes of dysfunction, not just symptoms, and views each person as a unique, interconnected system. Her treatments are personalized and collaborative, aiming to restore alignment, encourage balance, and create lasting change.

Whether using acupuncture to regulate the nervous system, herbal medicine to support internal function, or osteopathic techniques to release structural restrictions, Meg’s care is grounded in the belief that true healing happens when we support the body as a whole—structurally, functionally, and energetically.
