Meg is a fully licensed Acupuncturist and Traditional Chinese Medicine Practitioner with the College of Traditional Chinese Medicine Practitioners and Acupuncturists of Ontario. She has a very strong passion for Traditional Chinese Medicine and its ability to treat pain related conditions as well as many other health concerns. She is particularly interested in treating conditions related to pain, stress & anxiety, sleep, allergies, respiratory and women's health. Along with acupuncture, she is trained in Chinese herbal medicine, cupping, gua sha, and TCM dietary & lifestyle therapy.

Meg’s number one goal in a treatment is for her patients to be as relaxed and comfortable as possible. Acupuncture is working with the nervous system, so it is important for the body to be in a calm state to keep the nervous system downregulated, which will give the best treatment results!

*NOW OFFERING OSTEOPATHY*

Meg has just graduated from an intensive 4-year Manual Osteopathic Diploma program at The Canadian Academy of Osteopathy. She is excited to be able to get to the root cause of patient's pain conditions using her osteopathic understanding of the structure-function relationships within the body.

What is Osteopathy?

Osteopathy is a form of hands-on healthcare that focuses on the whole body—bones, muscles, joints, and connective tissue—to help restore balance and support the body’s natural ability to heal. Manual Osteopaths use a combination of manual techniques, including stretching, gentle pressure, and targeted manipulation, to improve mobility, relieve pain, and enhance overall function.

Rather than just treating symptoms, osteopathy looks for the root cause of discomfort, taking into account lifestyle, posture, and how different systems of the body interact. It's commonly used to treat issues like back pain, headaches, joint problems, and muscle tension, but its holistic approach can support overall wellbeing too.

Osteopathy is both a science and an art, blending anatomical knowledge with therapeutic touch to promote alignment, ease, and long-term health.
